Our Water Lilly

It makes sense that most babies take to water like white on rice (whatever that means). They were floating for nine months. But this baby goes nuts. She had her first pool experience recently and she really enjoyed herself. She loves her baths too. She kicks her little legs and splashes so much that the whole bathroom counter is soaked by the end. We both have fun during bath time though. And I am not even going to mention the nasty little incident that occurred today. Let's just say that I had to phone in a call to my "Mommy Guru" so that I wasn't forced to get out my HazMat gear. Funny thing is, she didn't even flinch at the situation. It didn't faze her one bit. Nikki, not Lilly. I am sure Lilly was confused about why her mommy was wiggin' out.

Nuestra Ninfa

Tiene sentido que muchos bebes se sientan como en casa con el agua. Pasaron nueve meses flotando dentro de uno. Pero esta niña se vuelve loca. Tuvo su primera experiencia en una piscina hace poco y de veras le gusta. Le encanta bañarse también. Patalea y chapotea tanto que el mostrador en el baño queda empapado. Pero los dos nos divertimos a la hora de bañarla. Y ni voy a mencionar el incidente desagradable que paso hoy. Nada mas voy a contarles que tuve que llamar a la "Gurú en cosas de mamá" para no tener que usar un traje para los materiales peligrosos. Lo chistoso fue que mi amiga ni parpadeó sobre la situación y ni le puso atención. Me refiero a Nikki, no a Lilly. Estoy segura que Lilly estaba confundida porque su a mi se me salio de la olla.
